HBASE_HEAPSIZE is just an environment variable which sets the JVM heap
size. Your question doesn't make any sense to me.

Hi All,
We want to improve the read performance of phoenix query for which we are

Currently we have 32 GB memory available on server where default 8 GB
memory is allocated to HBASE_HEAPSIZE(Default of JVM Heap Size). We want to
increase HBASE_HEAPSIZE to 16 G
