https://github.com/xsmyqf/struts_xie_practise notice the package.properties,Register.properties,Register_es.properties is in the folder: /home/xie/eclipseworkspace/Basic_Struts2_Mvn/src/main/resources/com/xie/web/Basic_Struts2_Mvn I put these files in /home/xie/eclipseworkspace/Basic_Struts2_Mvn/src/main/resources originally.So it don't work.
