Take a look at this example where the displaytag table at the bottom of the
page shows you just type it in there:
http://demo.appfuse.org/appfuse/demos/users-edit.jsp
In case you were wondering, I used the words "displaytag editable table" in
a search engine to find the page (but yes, I had a head start because I knew
that kind of example existed somewhere as I'd seen it posted here before).

If displaytag doesn't fit for you then try ValueList, also at SourceForge.
It also has notes in a FAQ for how to use html buttons/checkboxes,etc in it
basically just like the displaytag sample above.

Subject: DisplayTag Library

Hi guys,

I am not sure if a similar discussion was ever held. What is the verdict on
DisplayTag library.
Can it be easily modified to include buttons and checkboxes etc instead of
jsut tables. I am really keen on using the paging functionality. But the
grid should be able to hold buttons and checkboxes, Links etc.

Has anyone used DIsplaytag successfully for these features.

Thank you guys for your time.

regards,
Uday Chandra Karrothi
