It seems jetty-run is extracting the WAR already:
Extract jar:file:/Users/lasombra/x/bab/Borrow-a-Book.war!/ to /private/
var/folders/tx/tx81A4fxHIqgj+kBEbe3CU+++TI/-Tmp-/
Jetty_0_0_0_0_8080_Borrow.a.Book.waremg8ve/webapp
And scanning the WAR is not working either.
