I want to integrate Tiles to my project without Struts. I have my own front
controller implementation.
Actually, the tiles packaged with struts 1.3.5 cannot be used in standalone
mode, the TilesServlet doesn't exist.

I had to build with Maven when I got started with it. I thought they
had started a nightly build, but maybe not.
