I don't know who owns the plugin. I asked a while ago on the xmlbeans
list, but there were no takers.
A API jar file can be found somewhere, though now that I look I can't
find it. If you need a copy, I can send you mine, but better to get
it fixed at source.

What you want is fine and is supported. However,
in your instance doc declaring the attribute xmlns:tns=http://infor.com/FactsCodeData in your Response element does nothing
other than map the prefix tns to the namespace http://infor.com/FactsCodeData. It does not change the
