Hi Mika, Thanks for the reply. I used the dev tools, the "app-orange" was appended to the div. However, when I checked the sources of dev tools under VAADIN/themes folder, the "orange" folder that I'm expecting is not there, maybe that's why the css style does not reflect. I already added a

Hi, Your case should be covered by app themes, definitely. I just upgraded the themes documentation, hopefully it clarifies a bit how they work, and what effect they have on Magnolia. Maybe some paths are incorrect? In any case you should be able to see what happens in the browser dev tools
