Guacamole doesn't simply store connection data in a pre-defined set of
files. Storage of connection data depends on the authentication
extension(s) in use, and may well be within a MySQL / PostgreSQL
database, an LDAP directory, some custom mechanism of your own design,
etc.

You should instead store the connections within LDAP.
