Hi all:
I have two questions:
1. Upon exiting a meeting room I would like to be able to direct the
meeting participant to a specific URL (for a survey). Is there a way to do
this in OM, and if so, is it done by using the exit URL in the room

2. Is there a log of meeting room usage by
Searching I seen previously where it was talked about creating an
invitation link that can be copied or emailed to individuals, but I can
not seem to find out where that section is in 4.0.2.

Hello Aaron,
You can disable self-registering on OM server, so no-one can login
You can close access to OM Tomcat, set up frontend proxy (Apache web

And tune your access rules at Apache web server

by default or

In case you will choose "Send" individual invitations will be send by

You can

I currently have a CSM website (xyz.com) that resides at my web hosting,
and an OM installation on a VPS (server.xyz.com - via A record) not on
the same servers. My question; is there a way to stop direct access to
server.xyz.com and only allow access if the request comes xyz.com.

Dear Maxim,
One query regarding recording and screen sharing.
I saw in few same domain(Meetings/ceminar/education) products like
WIZIQ/BigBlueButton, they have simple button to start/pause/stop recordings and
to share screen.
But in our case we need to download separate applet (JNLP) to
