Issue with Modal Popups

We have an issue with random users where they have issues with any Modal popup not being allowed. Has anyone seen this issue and have tips on what we should check?

Some uploads - error converting - file not found

Here’s my two cents worth on this. As you mentioned “some” I would refrain from uploading large pdf files... I am referring to files with a large quantity of pages... which will require more ram. If it is a high quality layered pdf, I would also suggest flattening it with whatever pdf program
