mmited as these responses on temp queues are
delivered, so the broker must have received the commit command, it just
looks it didn't get passed back to the connection.

So can't upgrade... Downgrading to 5.12.2, it starts just fine with the same
Kahadb files.
Has perhaps an incompatibility been introduced?
