Hi, I am using spring boot + camel in the version: 3.14.2 with camel-opentelemetry-starter and programmatic elastic apm-agent-attach: 1.34.1. Configuration through the annotation @CamelOpenTelemetry. Metrics, Transactions and spans all arrive in elastic but they are split in a weird way see:
