I think there is a readme file on the xenserver-cloud-supp.iso. mount it
and it should have an install script with a few additional steps. what
version of xenserver are you using, sounds old i think the newer
versions dont require the supplemental pack.

guarantee which one will assign the IP address. Both will try, but only one
