I saw that, but after reading about it on the wiki I was not sure if that is what I was looking for. Memory multiplier is not even available. Basically I want the resource (cpu and memory) to be available if instance is not running. Currently, it does not matter what state (other than destroyed)

Rafael, you can use any name for the physical network – its just a logical name inside the cloudStack for the network. There is no linkage between this name and actual physical interface on the hypervisor side. The only one place where you have to specify actual network name taken from the hype
