Unable to start SSVM

Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up my cloudstack environment but despite my best efforts, the system isn't starting the ssvm's.. on my agent log all i can see is: [kvm.resource.LibvirtConnection] (agentRequest-Handler-5:null) (logid:4acd7d3e) Can not find a connection for Instance v-52-VM.
