New zone, new error . This error just started after we added new ZONE,
when we are trying to copy a template from Zone A or B to Zone C, I get this
error : HTTP Server returned 403 (expected 200 OK), if I check the logs (Apache
logs ) on source secondary storage, I see this

Cloudstack 4.15
Vmware:
Vcenter: latest 6.7
Vsphere hosts: vsphere 6.7 u1
When we upgraded from 4.13 to 4.15 it was the same issue with systemvm
template. To complete the upgrade to 4.15, I manualy changed os type for
systemvm template in DB. But why...??? I know
