Usage server giving connection error on mysql

Hello Folks, I have installed a management server where it’s able to connect to the cloud DB, even on the same machine management-server is working find and getting the details from cloud DB, but when I am starting the cloud_usage services it’s giving me error that couldn’t connect to the DB.
