Changing Network Offering Network Rate after creation

Is there a way to change the network offering network rate after the fact? I have an L2 network offering that I would like to change to a higher rate, and I do not see any way through the GUI to do this. Is this a CloudMonkey command? Marty

Redundant router - Isolated Network
