I'll test the port forwarding changes tomorrow since rc3 didn't work at
all for me and I had to revert to rc2.

Something interesting, RedHat Enterprise 9/10Works with no problem with the
cloud init, but fedora 41/42 does not on 4.20.1, In our case we are just not
allowing Fedora for now, we were unable to find out why it does not work. We
will try using ssh-keys.

I was able to use Fedora 40 cloud images from this link:

I tried various combination of destroying the ssvm first, console proxy
first, also testing the behaviour of the global configs, namely
"system.vm.public.ip.reservation.mode.strictness" and
"systemvm.release.control.ip.on.stop". None of these works; the only
workaround in my case was
