Is **_download.cloudstack.org_** host having issues for dowloading? I'm trying
to do a new deploy but

correct. it is not required as the systemvm templates are bundled in the
cloudstack-management package
you can find them on your management server
/usr/share/cloudstack-manageme

By the way image "SystemVM Template (KVM)" is not ready and when trying to do a
wget I get connection timeouts

Thanks @weizhouapache you mean that the command
`
/usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt`
is not longer needed, I see this log in my syste

if you use the packages on download.cloudstack.org, this step is no longer
needed during upgrade and fresh installation
