From time to time my console proxy dies too.
Restarting fixes it. Have you tried rebooting your console proxy yet?
If it still doesn't work, copy paste relevant logs

i just noticed that the console function stopped working in my cloudstack 4.1.0
environment.
Attached is my error screen. Anyone have an idea?
