Fariborz, It's just because native CloudStack UI lacks of this
functionality. You can easily change thru API or CloudMonkey or our
CloudStack-UI, which handles that easily.

Cloudstack UI does not allow editing number of cores and cpu speed of a VM,
Is it technically possible to modify cpu setings without redeploying from
template?
