Please look at the errors in management-server.log file and post it here. I have a decent number of VmWare 5.0 clusters under CS4.0 and 4.1, I've yet to try the VSphere 5.1, but I'm under impression VMware SDK API 4.1 we are using on 4.0.1 - should be compatible with Vsphere 5.1. Newer CS 4.2 i
