tools like Scalr .
We are also doing some R&D in these areas.

@Sebgoa: I am into both java and Sys admin. In past, I have worked on IBM
Smart Cloud and Open Stack.
Have taken more interest in Sys admin.

Spice protocol is opensource and could be included to expand cloudstack
features.
