The issue, most probably, is due to different SSL provider or different
names used for the certificates - I've seen this in past.
I would *strongly* suggest, removing all relevant records from the
cloud.keystore table (all records related to the domain you are using -

Hi,
Can you try to manually start the cloud service, for example: "service cloud

running.

Probably try destroying them once? Any warn or error message in mgt logs or

If after homogenising java version and yum update this does not get fixed then
it could be due to ssl certs.
The steps to clear your keystore and have CS generate anew one are at the end

If that is the case, can you try to run with Java jdk1.8.0_05?

Could also be that you have java8 installed, I faced that issue on a
centos7 install. If you do, downgrade to java7 and try again.

You need to run "yum update" on server and host. Then restart.

I ran into this error when I deployed CloudStack 4.x on CentOS 6.5. I ran
"yum update" on both management server and host, restart them then the
error disappear. I saw the update included some updates about nss. I
believe that fixed the error on my side.

Cpvm and ssvm need to access the management server on tcp:8250. The global
setting "host" must be set to the ip of the management server or a vip used
by this connection.
Firewall might be blocking it somewhere?

Which version of OS and java are you using ?
We had encountered a similar error before. AFAICT, we were running RHEL 6.5
and CS 4.3.2 at the time on a newly setup management server. The java version
installed was IBM version when we saw this error. Once we changed java package

Check the ‘host’ name entry in configuration table (or global settings via UI).
This is the ip that ssvm/cpvm will use to try to connect back to MS.
Make sure that it is reachable and points to MS.

Make sure that you have updated all system packages, afaik there were some
issues with ssl/tls and nss (or something)..
e.g. do a 'yum upgrade'

By the way, there is a similar error mention in document below:

Seems this error is caused by corrupted keystore. I tried the solution in

I got same error when I deployed CloudStack 4.5 on CentOS 6.5 with yum
repository(http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/). I investigated this issue a lot
online but I failed to find a solution. Then I tried to deploy CloudStack
4.3 on Ubuntu then I did not see this error and the system running well.
