Andrija,
Throttling is applicable for both guest and public interfaces at VR. If you
need to restrict internal bandwidth rate between VMs then use customized
compute offering with desired network rate.

Anil.

Okay, I too don't know exactly for what purpose will network rate in
network offering used. But,With the combination of System Offering and
Network Offering, we will get the network throttling (QOS).
If any thing come across with you at this point, share with us.
Thanks,
Anil.

Thanks, it worked.
But than, what purpose is for network rate in network offering?

For a Shared network you don't need to reboot VR to remove QOS because it's
not important in that case. For VM QOS would be visible in XenCenter in the
Networking tab of the VM, you would see a Limit. if their is a number in
the limit column then you have to reboot that VM.

Thanks for the reply.
We use Shared Network and the VR just provides the DNS & DHCP services.
So is the VR restart required ? How to check whether any QOS is set for an
instance ?

Hi Iliyas,
You have to restart VR and Instances if they have QOS in xencenter.
