I got same error when I deployed CloudStack 4.5 on CentOS 6.5 with yum repository(http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/). I investigated this issue a lot online but I failed to find a solution. Then I tried to deploy CloudStack 4.3 on Ubuntu then I did not see this error and the system running well. -Yan
