Hi Koti, With the current functionality, it's not possible to have volume snapshots and VM snapshots at the same time. You can go through the limitations of VM snapshots here

Correction: In 4.5 limitation is one snapshot per VM if you try to execute multiple snapshot on same vm it will fail. Snapshot on different vm will be executed in parallel but Backup snapshot will always be in sequence . On 3/28/16, 10:59 AM, "Prashant Mishra"

Only one snapshot is working ? Are you taking about the situation when you try to create both parallely .In 4.5 limitation is one snapshot per host , other snapshot on same will be scheduled and execute in sequentially.But in vmware you should be able to take parallel snapshot I am assuming you
