Yes. Host is shown as online. Strange thing is cloudstack tries to create
an SR for primary storage and times out on that. I can see that sr from
xencenter. But it's broken and cannot be deleted as well. Only way to reuse
this host is to reinstall xen. Any thoughts?

Current libvirt in CentOS 6 is 0.10.2.

I'm not sure I understand. How do you expect to reboot your primary
storage while vms are running? It sounds like the host is being
fenced since it cannot contact the resources it depends on.

Also, please note that in the bug you referenced it doesn't have a
problem with the reboot being triggered, but with the fact that reboot
never completes due to hanging NFS mount (which is why the reboot
occurs, inaccessible primary storage).

It is recommended to use a clean secondary storage for storing all the
artificats, otherwise CS might overwrite since it follows standard directory
structure for storing templates. So please clean your storage before adding it
to CS.
