Hi, I believe this is normal. The cpuinfo in a VM will have the
physical CPU speed and not the capped speed. Did you try running a
benchmark to see if the CPU usage is capped?

Hi Suneel,
You will need to grant your cloud user access to the databases accordingly.
e.g.
grant all privileges on cloud.* to cloud@'%'
Hope this helps,

Ah, from that POV. Gotchya. I think also making it easier to develop the UI
would help. Feels like a big black box to me, and probably to others…

Hi Motty,

2012r2 vm from ISO. if the ISO OS type is : Windows Server 2012 (64-bit)
it work, but if it's Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit) it fail to create the
VM.
do you have access to jira to open a bug, I can create it if you

This is happening using a Centos 6.5 netinstall. I just tried a debian 7.6
netinstall and the cd booted just fine. Would a bad .iso keep it from
creating a VM? If so I think that the VM should be created but not started
and notify the user of a bad CD.

All,
I have followed the directions here
https://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.0.2/html/Admin_Guide/add-password-management-to-templates.html
for trying to make the password management script work on Ubuntu 14.04.1
Any secrets to make it work correctly?
Hi Michael,
Try the scripts over at https://github.com/shankerbalan/cloudstack-scripts
I've had better experiences with them.

Thanks for your support Pierre,
I found out that if you don't install "xen-tools" template works. I built a
new windows instance, installed all updates, I did not install "xen-tools"
made a template out of it, then I was able to create instances out of that
template.
I hope this helps someone wit
Hi all,
I’ll personally improve monitoring and autoscalability, I believe both systems
can be adapted to today’s requirements bringing more accurate results and
