Long time to establish SSL connection to console proxy

Hello folks, I have updated SSL certificate and enabled SSL for console proxy. View console function works but it takes a long time to pass "Establishing secure connection" stage. I cannot figure out why it should take so long to start a https session! Please help! Thanks in advance!
