As Sergey suggested... but i would also verify no libvirt issues or storage
pool issues - so perhaps:
Stop mgmt,
Stop all agents
Restart libvirtd (and check libvirt logs afterwards)
Start agents
Start mgmt.
What was originally issue with libvirtd ?
That sounds fishy to me...
