Adding Zones

Hi ALL, I have installed Cloudstack 4.13 v and its working fine. And I have created one single zone which is default, - now i want to have one more zone i.e zone 2. - so that if zone 1 fails or crashes VM in zone 1 should move to zone 2 automatically. can anyone help with this to achieve this

If I do this solution: yum localinstall http://repo.mysql.com/yum/mysql-connectors-community/el/7/x86_64/mysql-connector-python-8.0.18-1.el7.x86_64.rpm it also does not work, I cannot connect to the web interface I have this message: HTTP ERROR 503: can not access /. Reason Service Unavailable
