Hi Hean,
this is a SharedMountPoint option when adding Primary Storage in CloudStack.
This does require that your 2 hosts (not sure you'll be able to do it only
with 2 hosts) have some kind of Clustered Filesystem like clvm, GFS2, OCFS
set up on that mount point /LUN - none of those I would reco
Can you share permissions of your secondary storage (mount it then ls -lah
the mount point)

Hi hean,
yes, that is correct, VXLAN is supported (as an isolation method) for only
GUEST traffic/networks.
Make sure to read the manually fully - pay attention to MTU size and the
max number of multicast groups (defaults to 20 on a Linux hosts) -
otherwise, you will experience a serious pain of p
I'm not sure that I have got all your points (after a very quick read), but
I can advise on the following:
" But Cloudstack complaints if I try to create 2 public networks on the
same zone"
This is only true of they are overlapping - or having the same gateway, etc.
Make sure to have each Public
Hi
Yes, I saw that also, Thanks for advice.

Hi
I understand the convenience of NFS, however in NFS, filesystem is at
Storage end, and the CPU , RAM performance of Storage become very very
important . The Overload may happen on storage rather
compute/hybervisor.
Where as iscsi based sharedmountpoint might have more efficiency for this.

Sorry Andrija,
I did not explain it correctly. I was trying to create 2 public physical
adapters so that I could create 2 different network offerings one for each.
My use case is being able to select "type" of public IP address.
Imagine creating an Isolated network been able to select:

May be you mis-understand of this.
The isolatedetnetwork you mention is on LocalIsolated network (guess
network) , not the public IP . There is no classify on public IP.
If you need to differentiate the services by Public IP , but not Guest

Hi Joshua,
Could you try setting the following Global setting value
ca.plugin.root.auth.strictness to false and restart the services.
Thanks,

Thanks your reply.
I guess I have to experiment more with different possibilities.

I installed CloudStack Primate on my controller nodes and was able to access
the web interface at /client/primate until I restarted the
cloudstack-management service. Now I just get a 404 error. I can still access
the old UI. This is what I see when I try to access the page:
