Hi Joan,
Yes we have CPU Cap enabled. Is it better for us to turn it off?
FYI this VM is quite large, 32Core 128GB running on AMD7713.
We also have other VMs that manage to show CPU utilisation about 50% with
CPU Cap turned on btw. Im not sure if this info helps?

It looks like you have DB HA ?
Can you check if there are other logs like below before the error ?

Hello Community,
We have just upgraded to 4.19! we are trying to use the built-in VMWare to KVM
migration tool. We are getting this error “Index 0 out of bounds for length 0”.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Titus,
At which point is this error being thrown? At listing the VM instances on the
source vCenter, or after triggering a VM migration? Can you share the stack
trace of the error from the management server logs?
Just for reference, this is the documentation for the migration tool:

Hi Wei, all,
Thanks for the thread, I've no objections to either of the options, but option2
is preferred as Debian 11 security will EOL mid of this year. So, if not in
4.20, eventually we'll need to migrate systemvmtemplate base OS to Debian 12 at
some point in future.
The bigger implication
