我想说，我有2台rhel 6.3机器，两套cs4.3 在一台里面cloudmonkey
可以用，但是认证失败，在另一台里面cloudmonkey可以用，并且可以通过认证。和奇怪。
4.1版本，只需填写apikey和secrtkey就可以，貌似5.1还需要用户名和密码才能正常用。

We can also restart management server which will trigger template sync . If
there are any templates which are not in DOWNLOADED state MS will try to
download them again.
