You need to upload the ssl certificate to view the console proxy in https mode.
If you don't have certificates then change to http mode by clearing the domain
in the " Console proxy url domain" and then recreate the cpvm.

I think to find the actual usage figures over time you would have to monitor
the sessions locally on the SSVM, I can't see anything in the API to query this.
One way to determine this is to lower the secstorage.sessions.max figure and
monitor how often a second SSVM is spawned.

with the console vm that is non accessible in https. On the console vm I have
only the following port in listen state:

You can restart you system VMs manually.
However if you want to run the script again check your port 8096 is open on
Management server and default api port global config is set to 8096 in
cloudstack.
