Sandeep, You may want to look into cldstk-deploy to ease your installation but
it only supports centos now. You can find it on github.

Just one other note. I actually tried as well with acs 4.2.1 and had the same
issue so figured it was a cloudmonkey issue. And of course the integration api
port worked fine with both acs 4.3 and 4.2.1.

Still does not work after rearranging the config. So now the config has apikey

I tend to also move instances off and put the KVM host in maintenance before I
upgrade them as an extra step. I don't think that's documented and it may be
overkill but it gives me a better feeling with lowered risk.

I'm not sure if it's possible in your case but the easiest would be to separate
the cloudstack and physical servers on different vlans or broadcast domain.
