In past I have edited the DB to change VM ownership from A account to B
account and attach VM to network of B account. Worked fine. I think both
account were part of different domain. Editing proper DB might help. Just
study a bit, backup DB and test it on one of test VMs.

Just run *xe-toolstack-restart* on hosts where these VMs are trying to
start or if you don't have too many hosts, better run on all members
including master. most of i/o related issues squared off by toolstack
bounce.

Under global parameter you need to define the frequency for usage server to

see it as part as one cloud zone.
In normal case of moving volume within cluster, Storge XEN motion is what
