Hi Richard, CCS is not (yet) part of Apache CloudStack. You need to contact ShapeBlue directly for any assistance with it. As a quick tip, sourcecode can be built to work with 4.11 but I don't believe that the binaries which are compatible with 4.11 have been made available.
