SitemapComponentTestCase should be compatible to 2.1.3, if nothing
changed in the enviroment classes. Perhaps you must upgrade the
excailbur-component lib. I merged the AbstractTransformerTestCase etc.
from 2.1.3 into SitemapComponentTestCase.

The .xtest files comes from the ExcaliburTestCase part of the
excalibur-component package. And yes, the xtest file is the
configuration for the ComponentManager.
