Thanks a lot for your advice.
We used pktgen-3.0.10 + dpdk-17.02.1 + virtio1.0 applied the two patches below,
the problem was resolved.
Now we met a new problem in the above situation. We set mac of the virtio port
before we start generating flow.
At first, everything is OK. Then, we stop
