a variation of the instructions in the jetty documentation at [1] for the

I've been using a servlet filter for such things. You just need to set the
appropriate headers on the response before forwarding on to the filter
chain.

Are those the SCR annotations, or the newer official OSGi declarative
service annotations?
In either cause, I suppose you'd need to to adjust the cardinality property
on the @Reference annotation to tell it you want multiple service
references.
