I've just installed the Apache Flex 4.11.0 with Air 4.0 using the Apache
Flex Sdk installer.
But when I try to add the Flex Sdk to Flash Builder 4.7 it says that
adt.jar not found in the classpath of Applications/Flash Builder
4.7/sdks/4.11.0 and I can't go on.
I tried to download the sdk
Bit of a long shot but maybe right bring up the properties of the installer
with in windows and on the General tab right at the bottom there might be
a Security section, This file came from another computer and might be
blocked to help protect this computer.
If it's there click unblock and see

Try renaming the exe file, I think that windows tries to tweak permissions
automatically when executable such as “install.exe”, “setup.exe” are run

I guess it's simply the age of the post I guess. Prior to FM 7 you had to set
