The problem was at least indentified, is the unoxmlmi.dll.
Like a previous post, a interim solution was replace the unoxmlmi.dll from
OpenOffice 3.3 version in LO 3.3.1

data types. Therefore your string e.g. 2011-02-26 10:23:47 is correctly
