I am deploying Ubuntu 11.10 with LO 3.4.3 on a large number of computers. We
also mount a network share under /mnt/$USER/Share. I would like to set this
path, on a system-wide basis as the default save folder for LO. How can this
be done?

Go to ToolsOptionsLibreOfficePath
Then I would click on the My Documents path for
/home/timothy/Documents [timothy is my user home folder]
You should be able to edit that page to any mounted drive/folder. The

I am editing a calc spreasheet that contains three different languages:
Japanese / English / German
I have selected the entire sheet and:
Format - Cells - Font
chose:
1 western font (Arial) and
1 eastern font (MS P Gothic)

Asian, and CTL settings?

Hi.
LO won't let me use $USER in the documents path.
If you only have 1 user per machine, can you put documents in /mnt/share
If it is the same share for all users do you need the $USER.
If you create the directory /mnt/share then LO should have no problems
with the path if the share fails to

One feature that is essential to me in LaTeX is the inclusion of
complete PDF files. Will there be such a feature in LibO (Writer
Documents)? What is currently a workaround to achieve this? (Importing
the PDF does not produce the results I expected and know from LaTeX.)
