For some reason the libreofficeX.X-debian-menus file isn't running
during the install. I ran that file separately in the software center
and everything is working perfectly now with the Document Foundation
version of LO 4.2.2.1.

While fooling with mail merge, I decided to clean up my databases... I
deleted them all and recreated the one I needed with a new name. That
was a major mistake from which I was unable to recover, as now my fields
don't match the database. At the same time, I added a few fields,
.doc format seems to be the culprit.
