Hallo. I use LO on Ubuntu 22.04 with budget desktop. I had that issue sometimes
with writer using previous versione of budget desktop. So It seems a problem
related to desktop environment, I guess.

Yes. Like you, I'm using KDE 5.25, but in Debian. Also, it's not just
writer, I see the same behaviour in Calc. I rarely use other components
of LO, but would guess at similar behaviour.

With this latest version, if i close Writer, the next time I open it, its
displayed as a very small square window in the top left hand corner of the
screen which then have to resize to full screen. This happens with or without
a document open but not evey time.
Anyone else having this
