This portable freeware does the job:

It enables you to type text in almost any language (or combination of
languages) into almost any application. It's harmless and self-contained: it
remedy is to convert that text into
Unicode. If you're stuck, I have some macros that might help. Unfortunately,
they only work in MS Word. :-(
