Hi :) In Writer you can set the first page to have different formatting from the rest of the book so that it could be a title page or cover or something. In Calc i suspect you can set each work-sheet to be different. I think that is what Anne-ology is alluding to. I'm not clear about all that

Err, what settings do you mean? I tried this twice. Both times only the first sheet was landscape, all the others were portrait, which is the layout of the Writer merge document. What settings should I check? It's a mailmerge of a single address sheet with a query that holds (at the moment)

I was amazed to find that the save document option at the end of the mailmerge will save directly to a pdf file if I put that in as the file extension. Unfortunately, the first page is portrait when all the rest are (correctly) landscape :-( Has anyone else had this problem or have I done
